In oil refinery areas, there are many process tools and machines weighing tens to hundreds of tons. During the construction process, these objects must be lifted by heavy cranes and placed in their designated positions.

 Lifting activities carry high risks, requiring a high level of commitment from management, adequate tools, and sufficient personnel competence from all parties, both from the lifting contractor and the project owner.

 This OJT is designed to provide knowledge to parties involved in lifting activities, such as project managers and technical personnel, so that they are able to plan, check, and carry out safe lifting operations.

 In this e-course, you will receive video recordings, which are suitable for those who want flexible learning times and can replay the material if they do not understand it.

 TRAINING TARGETS

1. Be able to identify potential hazards and risks in areas where lifting activities will be carried out.
2. Be able to create work methods/lifting plans and implement safe procedures for lifting operations.
3. Be able to select the right tools for lifting, understand the characteristics of lifting equipment according to the environmental conditions where lifting will be carried out.
4. Be able to conduct a risk survey and communicate findings that may impact the safety of lifting operations.
